  • Digital Media Director

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The role is managerial and team leadership. The Digital Media Director will to lead a media team in all media strategy, planning and optimization for clients; and manage all digital media in partnership our media team.

     

    Candidates should have leadership, management and mentoring experience; having served as the senior media team contact on major client engagements. This person should also have a successful track record of increasing clients’ confidence in digital marketing and media; achieved by understanding the clients’ business and by applying sound strategic thinking, strong qualitative and quantitative support and excellent communication skills.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plans, buys, executes and optimizes all digital media: display (endemic/programmatic), video and paid search.
    • Collaborates closely with other disciplines to develop cohesive, people-centric strategies and execution
    • Consults with offline agency to increase synergy (allocations, flighting, creative)
    • Works closely with performance team to track contributions, analyze, extract insights and optimize
    • Mentor media planning team members; providing continuous feedback, support and inspiration, to help them achieve their professional goals.
    • Provide guidance on client assignments; serving as the strategic lead and ensuring thorough consideration and evaluation of all opportunities.
    • Track the progress of client work; ensuring quality, creativity and integrity of all media services provided, as well as timely delivery.
    • Continuously propose new and innovative ideas; pushing clients outside of their comfort zone.
    • Monitor and analyze program performance; optimizing rigorously to improve contributions to objectives with greater efficiency.
    • Cultivate relationships with clients and their other partner agencies; satisfying requests, earning trust, exploring needs/areas of improvement and growing relationships over time

     

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Digital Media with 3 years in a supervisory role.
    • Strong background in media planning, negotiation, and performance analysis and an impressive understanding of the digital environment
    • Extensive client-facing experience.
    • Brand-building and direct-response programs.
    • Hands-on planning, buying, management and analysis across digital channels.
    • Media ad serving, tracking and analysis.
    • Media Research (e.g., Kantar, ComScore, Nielsen).
    • Good understanding in programmatic media and ad tech including DSP, RTB and biddable media like Paid Search and Facebook Ads.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams.
    • An entrepreneurial spirit, desire to "change the game", a self-starter, and thinks outside of the box.

  • Programmatic Sales Specialist

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Position: Programmatic Sales Specialist (Reports to Partnership & Solutions Manager)

    We are looking for an experienced, analytics-driven, sales-oriented individual to help expand our Programmatic products in the market. The Programmatic Sales Specialist will also own the strategic planning and implementation for his/her assigned brand. You will be responsible for responding to briefs in a timely and efficient manner, providing detailed rationales and programmatic media plans, and providing direction and management to the Campaign Specialist on setup and implementation.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Programmatic solution design based on the client’s success metrics and KPIs –

    • Work closely with management/media teams to get products specified and built according to the client’s brief.
    • Collaborate with Media Business teams to create and respond to Programmatic opportunities for programmatic adoption and sales
    • Engage with DSPs to build strategic partnerships

    Campaign planning and management –

    • Effectively communicate digital strategies and rationale for tactical approaches for each campaign.
    • Formulate proposals for new client opportunities.
    • Work closely with Traders, Buyers, Planners, Analytics team, and Adtech partners to ensure successful platform implementation, campaign measurement reporting, and insights generation.
    • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns.
    • Oversee campaign QA process.
    • Generate and manage monthly bill/pay and spend reporting in coordination with Planning and Trading Team.
    • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
    • Produce performance reports with detailed analysis and actionable recommendations based on the performance of DSPs.

    Others –

    • Provide educational support to media teams and clients to enhance their understanding of Programmatic and its benefits.

     

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Experience in digital marketing agencies or ad tech companies for 3+ years
    • 2 to 3 years of experience as an account strategist, trader, ad operation, or programmatic sales.
    • A strong consulting mindset with good client engagement experience.
    • Proven experience in managing regional online advertising campaigns in DV360, The Trade Desk, and/or other DSPs such as Xandr (AppNexus).
    • Good knowledge of digital platforms and Proficiency in AdTech ecosystem of ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad operations and measurement platforms.
    • Experience in Analytics & Measurement Tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Campaign Manager) would be an added advantage.
    • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to communicate insights to multiple stakeholders and drive new value to existing accounts by identifying new opportunities or gaps within ongoing programs.
    • Experience building client pitch decks (and the associated research) to close new business.
    • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
    • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Proficient in English
    • Must possess strong skills in using Google Sheets, Slides, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
