    In this role, you will work closely with Hplus, a cross-company strategic organization formed by Hakuhodo Inc. and Hakuhodo DY ONE Inc., designed to support clients' marketing and media activities in the APAC region.     Position: Strategic Planning Manager

    We are looking for a Strategic Planning Manager to lead the media planning strategy team with a growth-focused, data-driven mindset. Collaborating with the regional account lead, this role supports local teams and APAC partners in delivering exceptional client outcomes. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the diverse, multi-national H+ team to lead strategic media planning for global clients, with a primary focus on online media.

    • Work closely with local teams to develop best-in-class media strategies by leveraging insights and utilizing research tools such as Warc, GWI, Fanpage Karma, Zocial Eye, Statista,YouGov or any related tools.

    • Manage and engage with key stakeholders, including internal teams, partner companies, and clients, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.

    • Anticipate challenges and opportunities, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to enhance strategic outcomes.


    Qualifications and requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in strategic planning, with a solid foundation in digital media. Regional or multinational role experience is a strong advantage.

    • Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with a growth-oriented mindset.

    • Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and executing strategic projects across diverse markets.

    • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as GWI, Fanpage Karma, Statista, YouGov, and other relevant platforms.

    • Teamwork and Independence: A collaborative team player who can also excel as an independent contributor.

    Position: Biddable Assistant Manager (Reports to Biddable Manager)

    Job Responsibility:

    • Manage real time bidding campaigns on multiple platforms for clients (including but not limited to: Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram ads, Display ads, etc.)
    • Monitor, report and analyze campaign results to meet the client's objectives.
    • To carry out regular optimization for a number of assigned ongoing accounts, ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of the campaigns.
    • Manage budgets and allocate amounts appropriately.
    • Generate audience and tracking pixels for campaigns.
    • Provide guidance to client to ensure marketing pixels is correctly implemented.
    • Set up banner and placement tags on ad-serving platform.
    • To produce regular reports containing informative descriptions of campaign activity, suitable advice and recommendations with a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators.
    • Campaign types: including, but not limited to: Media buy campaign (budget, impression or click based), CPL campaigns (conversion rate optimization, ROI optimization), and Social ads (engagements, likes, shares).
       

    Qualifications:

    • Have experience in biddable/trading position 3 years or more. (Focusing on these platforms: Facebook/Google Ads/TikTok/LINE Lap/Twitter)
    • Good communication in English and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in creative optimization, landing page analysis, keyword generation, and bidding analysis is desired.
    • Have the experience to take care of 2 specialists or more in the team. 
    • Have experience with Excel/Google Sheet/Supermetrics for more than 2 years (mandatory on basic formula(sumifs/query/arrayformula/index) and others)

    • Good communication in English and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in creative optimization, landing page analysis, keyword generation, and bidding analysis is desired.
    • Understanding of web analytics (traffic & conversion metrics, channel and user analysis).
    • Understanding of Google AdWords and other real time bidding platforms.
    • Able to analyze metric data and convey recommendations appropriately to supervisors.
    • Self-motivated, result-driven, fast-paced and be able to prioritize daily work efficiently.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams.
    • An entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter, and thinks outside of the box.
    • Works effectively in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
    • Experience with ad-serving platforms such as Doubleclick Campaign Manager or Sizmek is a plus.
    • Certifications (a plus if passed already, but if not, company will supply to the chosen candidates (Google Adwords Professiona, Doubleclick Certification))

  • Senior Digital Media Planner

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Key Areas of Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Plan and develop digital media strategies, media touch-point planning, as well as media cost and effectiveness analysis via all integrated online, social network, mobile, digital PR and other interactive channels.
    • Act as a key contact person between client service teams and internal working team (Media biddable, SEM, content, strategist team) according to project’s scope of work.
    • Create and present campaign proposals and reports to clients.
    • Develop and implement digital media strategy, target audience plan and budget allocation according to clients’ briefs and campaign objectives.
    • Craft optimal media plan with the right media solutions and tactics (such as include Google Adwords (SEM), Display Network, Meta Ads, Programmatic or other digital media and innovations) to achieve KPIs.
    • Monitor ad delivery and recommend campaign optimization options to ensure successful campaign delivery.
    • Collate statistical reports and compile online data.
    • Project coordination among clients, internal, and media suppliers.
    • Keep up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies and offerings within the performance and programmatic space. 

     

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in digital media planning. 
    • Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimizations.
    • Hands on experience in FB Ad Operations/Search Marketing/ Exchange/DSP-related preferred.
    • Good understanding in digital and programmatic media like Paid Search and Facebook Ads.
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including an analytic and fact-based approach to problem-solving.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams.
    • A self-starter and thinks outside of the box.
    • Works effectively in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
    • Good communication and presentation skills.
