    Position: Partnership & Solutions Executive (Reports to Partnership & Solutions Manager)

    We are looking for a dynamic Partnership & Solutions Executive to join our team and accelerate our strategic partnerships with key media and ad-tech partners.  

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support the Partnership & Solutions Manager to activate and manage strategic projects, commercial programs and training with global media (Meta, Google, TikTok, Grab, Twitter etc) and ad-tech partners.
    • Assist the Partnership & Solutions Manager to track and forecast investments and opportunities with media and ad-tech partners. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
    • ​​​​​​​Act as one of agency’s Point of Contact to foster and maintain relationships with key global media and ad-tech partners. 
    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Manage and onboard internal stakeholders with training programs, workshops, new solutions and tools from global media partners.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
    • ​​​​​​​Coordinate with the platforms to support internal teams on issues, planning and other media-related activities​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
    • Research, curate and organize up-to-date training, updates and production knowledge from global media and ad-tech partners for internal stakeholders. ​​​​​​​
    • ​​​​​​​As the agency’s in-house champion and consultant of global media and tech partners to internal planning and operation teams. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Advocate strategic adaptation and best practices of latest products and innovations from global media partners in agency’s planning and operations.
    • ​​​​​​​Plan, track and drive internal training to ensure high level of industry certifications with global media partners. 

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of digital media experience in digital agency, digital technology or digital media publisher industries. 
    • Fundamental knowledge of Google, Meta and Tiktok products and platform. 
    • Strong interest in digital media platforms. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 
    • Professional and advanced skills in Excel i.e. formulas, pivot tables
    • Extreme attention to details and follow-up actions as well as a fast turn-around working style is required. 
    • Desired experience in marketing presentations, project management and digital campaign management. 
    • Responsible self-starter, positive attitude, open to feedback, comfortable with ambiguity and constant change in a matrix.

    Position: Finance & Accounting Manager (Reports to Finance and Accounting Director)

    Job Description

    • Support the company on financial statements
    • Monitor the statement balance of the company
    • ​​​​​​​Input data record into company cash flow
    • ​​​​​​​Working closely and reporting to Managing Director (English Speaker) on accounting and financial matters
    • ​​​​​​​Knowledge in Tax Management
    • ​​​​​​​Prepare required Documents: Issue quotations, invoices, Tax Receipt, Tax invoice, Debit note, credit note, withholding tax, payment voucher and other documents for both monthly and yearly close
    • ​​​​​​​Tracking quotations, income statements, cash flow daily and monthly. Also, account receivable and payable.
    • ​​​​​​​Finding solutions in terms of financial issues
    • ​​​​​​​Work to finish monthly close and planning on time
    • ​​​​​​​Manage Account receivable: Call and chasing for payment from outstanding, collect cheque
    • ​​​​​​​Manage Account Payable: Domestic and international transfer for vendors and freelancers
    • ​​​​​​​Monitor all the transactions related to the company.
    • ​​​​​​​Take care of Inter-company transaction
    • ​​​​​​​Reconciliation and prepare reports to Headquarters in Japan
    • ​​​​​​​Handle daily accounting tasks AR, like invoicing clients, recording cash receipts
    • ​​​​​​​Auditing ledgers periodically to ensure that the invoice numbers and billing are accurate
    • ​​​​​​​Maintaining accurate accounting ledgers that are in line with practices
    • ​​​​​​​Following up with past-due accounts for collections
    • ​​​​​​​Answering any billing questions that clients might have
    • ​​​​​​​Other duties as assigned


    Qualification:

    • 3+ years in accounting and finance.
    • ​​​​​​​3+ years’ experience in managing and planning company cash flow and statements.
    • ​​​​​​​Experience in Accounting System of Express is a plus
    • ​​​​​​​Eligible in CPD License
    • ​​​​​​​Experience in account receivable, account payable, taxes, cash flow planning, and managing financial statements and has background of Tax and VAT preparation
    • ​​​​​​​Good communication
    • ​​​​​​​Good command in English because need to report directly to managing Director (native English speaker)
    • ​​​​​​​Smart & intellectually curious and also be active and proactive
    • ​​​​​​​Able to multitask & work well under pressure

    Position: Programmatic Sales Specialist (Reports to Partnership & Solutions Manager)

    We are looking for an experienced, analytics-driven, sales-oriented individual to help expand our Programmatic products in the market. The Programmatic Sales Specialist will also own the strategic planning and implementation for his/her assigned brand. You will be responsible for responding to briefs in a timely and efficient manner, providing detailed rationales and programmatic media plans, and providing direction and management to the Campaign Specialist on setup and implementation.

    Job Responsibility:

    • Campaign planning and management
    • Programmatic solution design based on the client’s success metrics and KPIs
    • Work closely with management/media teams to get products specified and built according to the client’s brief.
    • Collaborate with Media Business teams to create and respond to Programmatic opportunities for programmatic adoption and sales​​​​
    • Engage with DSPs to build strategic partnerships
    • Effectively communicate digital strategies and rationale for tactical approaches for each campaign.
    • Formulate proposals for new client opportunities.
    • Work closely with Traders, Buyers, Planners, Analytics team, and Adtech partners to ensure successful platform implementation, campaign measurement reporting, and insights generation.
    • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns.
    • Oversee campaign QA process.
    • Generate and manage monthly bill/pay and spend reporting in coordination with Planning and Trading Team.
    • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
    • Produce performance reports with detailed analysis and actionable recommendations based on the performance of DSPs.
    • ​​​​​​​Provide educational support to media teams and clients to enhance their understanding of Programmatic and its benefits.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in digital marketing agencies or ad tech companies for 3+ years
    • 2 to 3 years of experience as an account strategist, trader, ad operation, or programmatic sales.
    • A strong consulting mindset with good client engagement experience.
    • Proven experience in managing regional online advertising campaigns in DV360, The Trade Desk, and/or other DSPs such as Xandr (AppNexus).
    • Good knowledge of digital platforms and Proficiency in AdTech ecosystem of ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad operations and measurement platforms.
    • Experience in Analytics & Measurement Tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Campaign Manager) would be an added advantage.
    • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to communicate insights to multiple stakeholders and drive new value to existing accounts by identifying new opportunities or gaps within ongoing programs.
    • Experience building client pitch decks (and the associated research) to close new business.
    • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
    • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Proficient in English
    • Must possess strong skills in using Google Sheets, Slides, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong project management skills.

    Job Responsibility:

    • Manage real time bidding campaigns on multiple platforms for clients (including but not limited to: Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram ads, Display ads, etc.)
    • Monitor, report and analyze campaign results to meet the client's objectives.
    • To carry out regular optimization for a number of assigned ongoing accounts, ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of the campaigns.
    • Manage budgets and allocate amounts appropriately.
    • Generate audience and tracking pixels for campaigns.
    • Provide guidance to client to ensure marketing pixels is correctly implemented.
    • Set up banner and placement tags on ad-serving platform.
    • To produce regular reports containing informative descriptions of campaign activity, suitable advice and recommendations with a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators.
    • Campaign types: including, but not limited to: Media buy campaign (budget, impression or click based), CPL campaigns (conversion rate optimization, ROI optimization), and Social ads (engagements, likes, shares).
       

    Qualifications:

    • Have experience in biddable/trading position 3 years or more. (Focusing on these platforms: Facebook/Google Ads/TikTok/LINE Lap/Twitter)
    • Good communication in English and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in creative optimization, landing page analysis, keyword generation, and bidding analysis is desired.
    • Have the experience to take care of 2 specialists or more in the team. 
    • Have experience with Excel/Google Sheet/Supermetrics for more than 2 years (mandatory on basic formula(sumifs/query/arrayformula/index) and others)

    • Understanding of web analytics (traffic & conversion metrics, channel and user analysis).
    • Understanding of Google AdWords and other real time bidding platforms.
    • Able to analyze metric data and convey recommendations appropriately to supervisors.
    • Self-motivated, result-driven, fast-paced and be able to prioritize daily work efficiently.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams.
    • An entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter, and thinks outside of the box.
    • Works effectively in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
    • Experience with ad-serving platforms such as Doubleclick Campaign Manager or Sizmek is a plus.
    • Certifications (a plus if passed already, but if not, company will supply to the chosen candidates (Google Adwords Professiona, Doubleclick Certification))
